How this web site came  about in 3rd week of  March 2004

In 2002 and 2003 I often surfed the web for kewl wallpapers of Omega watches - not finding many, I decided to make my own, which I temporarily put up on my witiger.com site. When the hits became high, I realized probably many other people are interested too, so I decided to get a simple domain name and put the growing gallery on its own web page. Some of these photos I took myself, others I obtained from free galleries, (ie. www.free-computer-wallpapers.com and  www.deskpicture.com/DPs ) some come from Omega's site or scans of Omega promo material. In March 2004 I used background images from various sources, in combination with photo edited images of omega watches and made new wallpapers. Quite a few also came from postings in the Omega forum of www.timezone.com. I made this gallery for my own personal purposes, I'm often on various PCs during the day and wish to have a nice wallpaper without taking the time to search. If you like what you see, feel free to "right button click them"
